The Teck Coal Room offers a variety of room rental options:
 

• Full Video Conferencing suite is now available in the library, thanks to a partnership with the Grande Yellowhead Public School Division #77. Connections can be made with other VC centers around the globe. There is a charge for this service.
• Community meeting rooms for rent; these rooms can accommodate large & small groups.
• A viewing screen for slide shows or movies is available for rent for $10/use.
