Library Summer Hours

The Library is closed on weekends in July & August. Weekday hours are Monday to Thursday 10 am to 8 pm and Friday 10 am to 5 pm.

Like to read Magazines?

The Library has subscriptions to over 85 magazines & newspapers, including popular titles such as The National Post, Canadian Living, Car & Driver, Harrowsmith Country Life, Home & Workshop, Sports Illustrated, etc. - most available for loan!

As part of the value-added service for Hinton Library cardholders, the Press Display database provides complete digital versions of 300+ newspapers & magazines from more than 60 countries in 35 languages. Articles may be translated into 8 major languages....
